Expedition tent
One of our new additions is located way out back (just to the side of the trail to the river). Our 12 by 14 canvas expedition tent sits on top of a 20 by 12 wood platform. The tent has a wood-burning stove, travel trailer pull-out couch, 2 single beds, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. It can sleep 3 (with a minimum of 2). The tent is covered with a metal roof for added snow protection. The fire pit and table are just a few steps away. It is our main firepit, so it does get used sometimes by the other guests. There is a new bathroom with access from outside if you are staying in the tent.
What's Included:
At Salmon River Outfitters (SRO), all rooms come with pillows, blankets, linens and towels. All the rooms have Direct TV, heat, air conditioning and WIFI access. Also, CELLULAR phones work at the property now! And if needed, we have cots available.
At SRO, there is always access to firewood, fire pits and BBQ grills. We have parking on the street side and additional parking around back. Off the back of the property, there is a short trail to the Lower Fly Zone or right in front, is the Altmar Bridge (where you may use any fishing equipment and keep your fish).
