Terms & Conditions

A 40 percent deposit is required to hold room/camping reservations and a 100-dollar
deposit holds a guided trip. Both of which are refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days before the scheduled date. Otherwise, it will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are charged the full amount of reservation. Rooms are subject to an 8% New York state sales tax and a 4% county tax. Full payment for rooms and guided trips is due upon arrival.

Check in time is 4:00 PM, check out is 10:00 AM. All prices and terms are subject to
change without notice. If you are going to arrive after 7:00 PM, please call the shop at 315 -298-5442 or Chris Dever, owner, on cell 201-650-5682 if you were not able to reach the shop.

There is no smoking in rooms or other public or private interior spaces. Smoking in the rooms

will incur a 200-dollar cleaning fee/charge. There is a charge of 25 dollars for each unreturned room key. No spiked soles in the room bathrooms.
