Salmon River Fishing Report 8/14

Weather: Cloudy and rainy. 73 degrees

Not too much going on yet up here at our end of the river in Altmar. A couple of fish have been caught down low at the Douglaston.

The guys that have been doing the charter trips out on Lake Ontario have been doing very well catching brown trout as well as salmon. Some of them even say this is going to be the best season in 40 years!
