Salmon River Fishing Report 8/26

Weather: High of 78 degrees today. Cloudy with a 20% chance of rain.
CFS at Dam: 185
CFS at Pineville: 297
It seems to be that there are some fish coming into the river already. The past couple days there have been anglers reporting seeing fish in the DSR as well as in the ballpark in Pulaski!
A fisherman came into the shop today and said he has been fishing the estuary the past couple of days and that he has been doing very well. Multiple hook ups as well as multiple fish landed!
Hopefully we continue to see more fish come in. According to the weather though it is supposed to warm back up. We will see!
